13 months of focused & gruelling learning polished my skills for this transition from ops to chartering. I am excited to dive into this next step of my professional journey

Great On Field Practical Exposure on the entire Vessel/Cargo Ops from start to end. Intensive learning... partcipative decision making and execution.

Its been very tough last 14 months, but looking back at tough times there is satisfaction & thrill now.

I am excited at my growth story at Allianz as I embark on my new role to Chartering function.

I transitioned from Ops to chartering in just over 12 months with a lot of hard work, severly taxing schedule, exhausting & demanding. However, its been a great learning experience.

Right guidance, direction & support helped me gain knowledge & sharpen skills to be considered for chartering role.

I am a fresher BTech, joined Allianz in March 2024. Allianz provided me a wonderful learning and growth opportunity.

I am now a part of the operations team, handling vessel operations.

I am a lateral joinee at Allianz, I joined Allianz in March 2024.
With great learning and guidance, I have grown into a vessel operation role.
I am glad to have also completed my advanced studies while working at Allianz.
