Corporate Social Responsibility at Allianz
At Allianz, we believe in doing the best to actualize the Allianz philosophy and its cause. Allianz supports Manjhi Foundation for Skilling in their projects to provide vocational skills to the lesser privileged as we believe that financial independence is the pathway to true independence.
Much of the time we use the term theory of change, we are trying to unpack how a given organisation or program anticipates bringing about the desired change.
What We Do?
- We are trying to solve the problem of unemployment of urban poor, both street and slum youth, due to lack of access to income-generating skills and entrepreneurial ideas.
How We Do?
- By making skill development courses accessible.
- By encouraging and nurturing an entrepreneurial mindset by imparting life skills alongside technical skills and financial know how.
- By engaging with learners, both academic and non-academic, to map their careers and provide customised career guidance, planning, and ultimately placements.
